1 graham cracker crust
1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup bottled lime juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipped cream for garnish
2 Tbsp. lime zest for garnish (optional)
Beat the cream cheese in electric mixer until softened. Add condensed milk, lime juice and vanilla and fully incorporate in with cream cheese. Put mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
(sigh- heaven AND a graham cracker crust??) I'll be right over!!
ReplyDeleteThat looks so light and fluffy and wonderful. I searched hi and low a couple months ago for that very bottle of lime juice and couldn't find it to save my life!
ReplyDeleteFabulous. This looks delicious and sounds quite easy to make. I am going to make this for our barbeque next weekend. Which grocery store did you find the lime juice? I think I've seen it at Winco - but I'm not sure.

Made the pie this morning for our BBQ this afternoon. I can already tell it is going to be PERFECT! The filling is so lite and tasty. And it is firming up in the fridge as I type.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for dinner to be over so that I can have a big slice of the pie! Thanks for the recipe.
Cheers, Cindy
